I was wondering, would you consider expanding the daily diet plan to include lower weight groups, or possibly make one for women if there's a difference in how we should be eating? I realize most of the people who seek out this site are probably men, but in my experience women who want to start strength training definitely need lots of good, reliable information, and there are fewer resources that address our needs. Anyways, just a suggestion. Otherwise, I absolutely love the site, I've spent hours browsing it now, and the info on setting fitness goals has inspired me a lot, so now I'm off to buy a new notebook to keep my strength training log! Thanks for all the time and effort you put down in the site!

Thank you so much for the comment!! As you all know, I'm working hard to expand the site as quickly as possible given my resources. Don't worry ladies, I haven't forgotten!! You'll have your very own fitness and nutrition section in the future :)
Thank you for the nice words!
