Strength Training: The Smart Way, The Right Way!

Many of us have struggled through years and years of faulty strength training programs that have left us starving for energy, and most importantly, health! Improving health and prosperity through strength training should be the primary motive to get us into our workout clothes, right?

The problem is that too many sites exist on the web that deform our vision of what “strength training” is all about. Instead, they tell us what our goals are, give us a plan for achieving it, and, after they’ve emptied our wallets, we find ourselves struggling to progress.

This is, in fact, what makes this site different from all the rest. I have not created a magic weight-loss pill or strength training program to sell, just a site that gives you the tools and knowledge to help create your own program.

So my question to you is…

Are you ready to build a strength training routine, the smart way?

You may issue a rebuttal, emphasizing that you…

•Don’t have the time

•Find it boring or too hard

•Hate starving for food

•Believe you are healthy enough

•Have already paid for a personal trainer

Thanks to modern society, these thoughts are instilled in our minds. The ol’ "burn more calories than you take in" routine should have never crossed the airwaves. It's true that creating a calorie deficit will help you lose weight, but it’s been blown way out of proportion!

Spending hours in the gym doing repetitive exercises, starving yourself, and paying others for workout programs is not, and never will be, required to be fit. Believe me, I've experienced these trials and tribulations myself!

Here’s an example to illustrate my point.

Recently I was standing in line at the deli, trying to decide what I wanted to order. I look up, and there’s a middle-aged man standing there in all his workout gear, covered in sweat. It was obvious the man had been working hard on his physique. I overheard his words to the cashier who was taking the orders…

“May I have a lettuce sandwich with mustard? On white bread please.”

Needless to say, I was shocked. Apparently this man has been through all the stops as his vision was severely impaired. Starving your body of essential nutrients is both unhealthy and detrimental to your goals.

Then again, how can we ever achieve our goals with the contorted images that society forcefeeds us on a daily basis? Models, magazines, billboards, the internet…

They all work together to show us what is "normal." This is how companies choose to pickpocket their clients – fooling them into another weight-loss hoax that leaves struggling individuals back in square one.

Remember, the goal here is to provide excellent information and resources to help you make the correct decisions with regard to your training program.

As a first step, I urge you to toss all of those faulty programs in the garbage and focus on yourself! Learn to manage your own diet, create your own specific training program…

And have fun doing it!

Believe it or not, strength training can be an extremely satisfying activity on a daily basis when done properly. Although reaching a personal goal is never easy, you're the one that has the power to do it!
