Hi I'm 38 year old male and been trainimg for a while. I'm 205 pounds and 6ft but would like to trim up and loose some fat around my tummy. My diet is the thing that lets me down there are so many sites out there and the all say different things. Please can anyone give me an idea of a good diet for trimming up and keeping muscle.
