
Is the number of sets in the PUSH phase correct?
Only at the top of the workout it states
"3) Push - heavier weight, fewer reps, more sets!"
yet below in the PUSH phase description the number of sets are actually reduced.

You're right, that could be written a little bit more clearly. The number of sets is correct, but the total number of exercises per muscle group is increased. Therefore, the total number of sets is increased.
For example, in the pump phase, you might work 2 muscle groups, while in the push phase you might work 4 muscle groups. The total number of sets will then double.
Sorry for the confusion - I'll fix it ASAP.
One other difference between the phases is the period of rest. As intensity increases, rest decreases.
