Hello,
I am an intermediate bodybuilder. However, since I started exercising, there is only ONE part of the upper chest that I want to increase it's size , but unfortunately I tried several chest exercises , but NONE of them are working. I'm going to upload 2 pictures of me, and show you the part that I need to build which will be shown by 2 other pictures.
Please get to me ASAP, to tell me which chest exercise works best to fix it. I want to get rid on the 'Hole' (you'll see pictures), I want to see the results fast!!!
So please help. It would be so great. Thanks a lot.

Hey Yudish!
I'm sorry it's taken a bit of time to get back to you...med school has been tough lately.
But I see what you're saying about the upper-pecs. What I would suggest here is to try different variations of inclined chest press exercises. Some examples might be inclined chest fly, inclined bench press, cable pullovers, declined pushups. When you've exhausted these options, you can increase the degree of inclination. Quite frankly, as long as you're doing the exercises correctly, there shouldn't be much of an issue of developing those hard-to-reach areas of the pecs.
Another thing is to make sure you're supplementing with enough shoulder exercises for support. Without strong shoulders, inclined exercises become extremely difficult and may lead to muscle pulling, tearing or excessive soreness.
Hope this helps! Again, sorry for the delay.
Ryan
