
Do you have a workout program that you can reccommend for me? What would be a good meal plan for me? What would you suggest if I wanted to build muscle? I am 5'2 and my weight is 139. I am a female in my late 30's.

Thanks for your submission! I can recommend all kinds of things for you. Being a woman doesn't really change any of it at all, except to make sure you're taking multivitamins.
I just responded to another reader about his workout and diet plan and my recommendations would be similar to that. Just remember to start slow and steady and work your way up.
The only thing you'd need to do is adjust everything to compliment your own goals and aspirations.
Rest assured that I haven't forgotten about all the ladies out there! I'm going to be adding sections on yoga, pilates, pregnancy and other workout ideas. The best is yet to come!
