
How are you supposed to do 15 to 20 sets of an exercise with 2 min recovery in peak phase even doing just one exercise would take about an hour or more, absolutely stupid I think you got to back to the drawing board, I think its these kind of programs that put people off training or get them seriously injuried.

Hey Jeff,
I understand your concern here, but this is an example of a professional body-building workout. They often spend upwards of 6 hours in the gym each day. This kind of exercise is NOT needed to get ripped, but only if you've spent the time to work yourself up to that kind of endurance, most likely for the purposes of a competition. It is not meant for the general public. There is a very small population that is even capable of this type of intensity.
